It was our first game. Well, it was supposed to be... I was practicing with a couple of early birds near the St. Ignatius Building. Apparently, the male first years were too stubborn to move to the warmer part of the field and succeeded in pushing us into a corner near the chapel. Chiara pitched me the ball when PANG! My ball hit the window at the PAASCU Office.HAAAALLLLAAAA!!!!

Pare, ang laki nung basag, oh...

The first years all did the lagot-ka-masususpend-ka shout and unfortunately for them, hit my nerve.

"PWEDE BA TIGILAN NIYO NA KAMI (kundi idadamay ko kayo!)!" and like a bunch of dogs, they all went away.

I went to my teammates and they were all frantic.

Paano na yan, *tenar*?!

Magkano kaya yan?
Natataranta ako sayo. Baka hindi tayo makalaro niyan, eh...

F! Hindi pwedeng hindi kami makalaro. This is our last chance to prove ourselves to the higher batches. We have to win. We have to play!

Cess joined me to the HQ and found no one but a bunch of chairs and a folded Phil. flag lying on the table. Patay. Wala si Sir DeL. Anong gagawin ko!!! Good thing we saw him come out from the Clinic. He had HBP.

"Wala ka namang magiging kaso basta palitan mo yung nasira. Mura lang naman, mga 150 sa glass tapos putty." Phew. Wala akong kaso. Makakalaro kami.

"Okay lang yan. Ang kapalit naman nun champion kayo this year." Wow, pati DO kampi sa min. That's a relief. And that helped me in the following game.

(Drumroll) Tentenentetetenten! Nanalo kami!!! 6 to 5. By one point natalo namin ang Seniors sa softball. Wupeeh! Sa tama ang hinala ni Sir DeL. Dahil alam ko, simula pa lang to ng mga tagumpay namin...
