Only one day before the big olympiad. Konti na lang oras ko, kailangan ko nang mag-aral...

After studying the four basic branches of Mathematics, namely Algebra, Statistics, Trigonometry and the favorite Algebra for four straight hours, my mind has finally cracked and now, I am writing a farewell note to my sanity. Goodbye, sane friend... No, seriously, mababaliw ka. This Saturday, the whole family went to SM to do some shopping for the kitchen. I requested that I be left alone to study for the Olympiad.

But before doing that, I had to polish, finish, compile and edit the RnJ script for my RT and also the Noli script since its due next week. I did all this just yesterday, and I slept "today", at 12:15 am, babad sa screen. But I still had my share of 6-8 hours of sleep since I woke up at 8, hehe...

Well, back to the present. For four straight hours, I studied. My mind almost popped. Imagine yourself forcing your brain to exert extreme analytical effort while alone in the house. No one to break the silence. No one to say you're doing it the wrong way, add these two first before doing that. I feel like I'm Sisa.

I recall my mom comparing me to an ant. Ants work and work, so do I, but I use my head more. No, I do not carry rocks on my back. The reason I'm studying like crazy is probably because I don't want to be a burden to my teammates. (Sounds virtuous, eh?) My worst fear isn't losing in the Olympiad. I already xpect that. It's not being able to help or even know how to solve the problem when the rest of my teammates are burning paper with their calculations. I don't like being useless. No, I'm not a hufflepuff.
